Refund Policy

We commit to deal in good faith will every customer. Refunds will be granted to all qualifying request and be normally completed within 10 business days of the request.

Qualifying Requests:

All refund request must be submitted in writing to bitadatseasonings@gmail.com within 15 days of the receipt of the product. Refunds will only be granted if there is an issue of accuracy with the shipping of the order or another issue regarding the quality of the product received. Refunds will not be issued for products mistakenly ordered if the product is received in good condition. All sales are final.
