Shipping Policy

Standard orders are shipped within 3-5 business days and typically arrive within 3-5 days from the shipping date. Because we cannot control the mail service, refunds will not be issues for packages arriving late if the package was shipped within the 3-5 day shipping window.  If a package is damaged, please escalate the issue with the carrier. Packages are typically shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Larger orders may need to be shipped via UPS or FEDEX.
